Commercial Property Building Surveys

System design, testing and re-certification

After a comprehensive site survey and analysis, we will create and design a cost-effective and safe solution that perfectly fits your requirements. Accredited risk and method statements will be provided for each task.

Design

To ensure the effectiveness of a system, it must firstly be positioned in the correct location, fixed to the correct structure and designed for the correct number of users. Typically we will work alongside architects or building managers while designing your safest and most cost-effective solution.

Testing and re-certification

We offer a comprehensive maintenance and re-certification program for all fall protection systems that have been installed as part of BS EN 795 'Protection against falls from a height, anchorages devices, requirements and testing'.

During testing, all components are visually inspected for signs of damage or corrosion. In addition, they will be subject to a proof-load test to ensure they can sustain a designated load.

From the initial site survey through to the installation, Pristine offer a comprehensive service that guarantees safety, giving you complete peace of mind.

On-site training can be provided with each system to ensure correct future usage (as required by BS EN 365:1992).

Creating solutions for the future

Are your buildings safe for contractors?

Are your contractors trained to work at heights?

Many buildings are built with little or no consideration to future maintenance or cleaning issues. Pristine undertake projects which require specific access analysis and often require a number intergraded access solutions.

We will survey your property and provide a comprehensive report highlighting safety and access issues, along with presenting you with the best access solution for your current and future needs. The survey assesses all the potential risks and hazards on your building. Then we will provide you with an installation system that guarantees the safety of future contractors or employees.

Your report will include:

  • Digital photographs
  • Layout drawings
  • Installation solution costing
  • A summary report.
