Erinaceous Facility Management: External cladding cleaning and restoration.

Pristine were asked to supply a cleaning solution for an industrial estate, which was built with powder coated aluminium. Our operations manager highlighted that the cladding wouldn’t look any better once cleaned and suggested that they consider restoration. Pristine then undertook a sample section and provided a visual report which was reported back to the client.

The client was delighted with the results and Pristine were instructed to undertake the restoration and the external cladding cleaning of the whole industrial estate. The project took 8 weeks to complete.

Kier student accommodation block

Kier were building a new student accommodation block with 719 rooms for the start of the new academic year. Pristine successfully tender for the builders clean, which required a variety of cleaning services. We cleaning all the external brickwork and windows with the use of a boom. We then work effectively as a team to undertake all the internal requirements along with cleaning the stained carpets to ensure that the building was ready for handover.

Laing O Rourke/ Corber: St Pancris Station

New roof cladding panels had been installed at the new station extension. The panels needed cleaning and the train fume stains removing before the space was handed over. Pristine successfully undertook a test clean for the client to create a 24 hour, 5 day cleaning programme for 10 men. To undertake the requirements we used the installed travelling gantries to manover us across the cladding and access the windows.
